How they grow
We don’t mix a 2-year-old with a 6-year-old and hope for the best. Classes follow how little bodies actually learn.
18 mo – 2
You stay on the floor. Active parent participation is required so little ones feel safe exploring.
2 – 3
Short games, lots of movement, and coaches who know how to reset a wobbly attention span.
3 – 4
Dribbling, throwing, shooting — taught as games. This is when most families fall in love with a sport.
5 – 6
Small-sided scrimmages and positions for kids who want more, without the pressure of travel ball.
The gym stations
Kickstart Soccer, Lil Sluggers, and Shooting Stars — plus a multi-sport sampler for kids who want to try everything.
18 months – 6 yearsDribbling, passing, shooting, and trapping — plus running, balancing, and jumping. Older classes add game situations and small-sided scrimmages so kids feel ready for rec leagues.
Ages 2 – 5Throwing, fielding, hitting, and base running with equipment sized for little hands. The game is taught through fun, positive play — not innings that last forever.
Ages 3 – 6Dribbling and shooting plus the motor skills that make basketball click — in a FUN, non-competitive gym. No scoreboard. Lots of high-fives.

Our story
Lil Stars Sports is Broward’s home for Kickstart Soccer, Lil Sluggers baseball, and Shooting Stars basketball — national child-development programs taught locally by SoccerTots Broward, Inc.
We work with toddlers and preschoolers on purpose. That means short classes, small groups, indoor gyms, and coaches who can be silly, patient, and clear in the same 50 minutes.
Parents tell us they wanted something more structured than the backyard and less intense than a rec league. That’s the gap we fill: fitness, first skills, and a reason to look forward to the same hour every week.

Try a class. No obligation.
Call (954) 680-6861 or send a demo note. We’ll match your child’s age to a gym near you.
